Dartford Festival Admission Policy

The right of admission to the Dartford Festival (the "Event") is reserved.

Dartford Borough Council reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry to the Event or Central Park, of any person, group, body or organisation or evict any person, group, body or organisation from the Event or Central Park and the Council's decision to do so shall be final.

Dartford Borough Council shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered by any person at Central Park where such loss, injury or damage was occasioned by conduct on the part of that person or by failure to take proper and reasonable care whether on the part of the person who suffered such loss, injury or damage or such other person who was at the relevant time, responsible for that person.

There will be a random search on admission policy in operation. It is a condition of entry that you will submit to any reasonable search request.

Our staff have the power to remove alcohol or turn away visitors who are clearly not contributing to the friendly atmosphere. You will be permitted to bring into the Festival site a reasonable amount of alcohol for personal consumption.

CCTV will be operating throughout the Event site.

Illegal substances and legal highs are strictly prohibited at the Event. Any person in possession of such substances will be denied entry and/or removed from the Event, and Police will be called to attend.

Amnesty bins will be located near to the site entrances.

The Event operates a 'Challenge 25' system at the bar to prevent underage drinking, please bring your I.D. with proof of age.

The distribution of literature e.g. flyers/leaflets without the consent of Dartford Borough Council is strictly prohibited and the Council reserves the right to confiscate the literature.

No animals (except assistance dogs) will be allowed on the Event site.

Dartford Borough Council reserves the right to change the line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event without prior notification.

Barbecues, gas cylinders, drones and UAV's, and sky lanterns are strictly prohibited.

Bikes must be walked across if bought onto the Festival site

Visitors consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded as visitors to the Festival and consent to the use any such film, image or recording at the discretion of Dartford Borough Council.

Please consider your neighbours and leave the Event site quietly.
