Valid Search Criteria:

You can search properties by entering either a full postcode and/or address.

Blanks in postcode are insignificant in search criteria.(e.g. BN11 1JN is same as BN111JN)

If postcode is not entered then address should be at least 6 characters long.

Search using wildcard characters are not allowed. (e.g. % * ? etc.)

General tips :

If you don't know your postcode then click here to see postcode & corresponding street list.

Postcode search is always faster than address search because it will have on an average 20 properties under it.

Good Search Criteria:

Street & town name in address.

Building and street name in address.

Building name in address and full postcode.

House number and Street name in address (if not living in building).

House number in address and full postcode.

Bad Search Criteria:

County name or town name in address will give thousands of properties in result.

Town and county in address will give more than 100 properties in result.

What if you don't find a property?

Spelling mistake.

Full postcode is not entered.

Street or town or county or postcode is not under our authority.

Properties are not for domestic/residential use.

You may use the following abbreviations, if desired:

OR Enter address
	(e.g. House number, building name, street town and/or county name)
