Welcome to Dartford's Revenues and Benefits interactive online services. We value your privacy and security so all interactions with Dartford use 40 bit encryption (128 bit in the case of online payments) to protect your personal details when they are transmitted over the internet. In addition some services require you to obtain a PIN number from the Council before you use them for the first time, for instance to access your council tax account online.
It only takes a couple of minutes to register - just give us your basic contact details and choose a username and password. We will not pass on your details to any third party.
Why bother?
It is easier to contact us to request services, and to make comments, suggestions and complaints - Registered users do not need to include their contact details on the forms throughout the site - when you are logged in the details will be filled in for you.
You can see our responses on the site - As a registered user you have a folder on the site which contains a copy of all forms that you send to us and our responses to them.
You can access secure services - Request housing repairs (for Council tenants). For secure services you can request a PIN number be sent to you by mail - log in and enter the PIN once only and from then on when you are logged in you can request housing repairs and take advantage of new services as they come online.
