Dartford Borough Council is constantly trying to improve the way we provide our many services. The opening of our new Contact Centre in April 2006 now gives customers easy access to most services with a single point of contact.
Staff receive training and guidance on how to serve customers better. The best person to decide how well we are doing is the customer.

The Civic Centre is open between 8.45 - 5.15 Mon to Thurs and 8.45 - 4.45 on Friday.
