Park, Dartford sports zone
This year's dedicated sports zone includes many sporting and 'have a go' attractions:
- We are pleased to announce that Millwall FC will be bringing their community bus to the Sports Zone on Saturday 16th July. They will be running mini skills sessions and many other free activities. Find out more about their community schemes at www.millwallcommunity.co.uk
- Dartford Valley Rugby Club will be running a rugby passing game.
- Erith Yacht Club will be displaying their dinghys and promoting sailing for all.
- Try your hand at archery with the Sutton Bowmen (located behind the Main Stage)
- Sign up with Scuba Do for a free trial dive at Fairfield Pool (8-12 year olds). Trial dives will take place on Sunday 17th July between 11am-4pm - remember to bring your towel and swimming costume!
- Learn a few dance moves with Vibe Dance Nights.
- Dartford Volleyball will be holding 'have a go' sessions and exhibition games (Sunday only).
YMCA Thames Gateway will again be running their very popular events in the Skate Park
- Saturday 16th July 1pm-4pm - Skate Jam
- Sunday 17th July 2pm-6pm - BMX Jam
