WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT OUR HOUSING SERVICE?
This month you could be one of the 2,500 randomly selected tenants to receive an important satisfaction survey. By completing and returning the survey you will not only be helping the council make plans to improve your services but you’ll be entered into an exclusive £100 cash prize draw!!
This survey is important as it helps us to understand what you think about things such as your housing and neighbourhood, the repairs service, anti-social behaviour and how we take account of your views and involvement in making decisions. The last survey was carried out at the end of 2006 but the government has changed the rules and so we must do another survey this year and send them the results. An independent research organisation called Ipsos MORI will undertake the survey on the council’s behalf. They’ve randomly selected 2,500 tenants to take part and will be sending reminder surveys through the post for those who have yet to return their forms. Leaseholders are not required to take part in this survey.
If you’ve received a survey, take some time to complete it if you haven’t done so already as, for just a few minutes of your time, it provides valuable feedback and gives you a chance of winning £100.
For any questions about the survey, please contact Ipsos MORI on freephone 0808 238 5402 or the council on 01322 343625.
