New out of hours contract
Residents calling the council’s out of hours number won’t notice a thing but behind the scenes the service is changing.
Invicta Telecare take over the service on 1 April 2009, when the current contract expires. I
nvicta, the largest independent provider of telecare services in the UK, were awarded the contract as the best equipped to provide the services we require.
