Housing Performance
Performance monitoring is fundamental to identifying how well the Housing Service is doing and where improvements can be made. Our dedicated Management Information Officer produces and monitors performance information for the Housing Service.

The Council has also conducted a tenant satisfaction survey in 2007, which reported that 77% of tenants were satisfied with the overall service provided by Dartford Borough Council.
