The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 11am until 11pm with an additional 30 minutes
drinking up time.
Friday and Saturday 11am until 11-30pm with an additional 30 minutes
drinking up time.
Sundays 12 noon until 10-30pm with an additional 30 minutes drinking
up time.
A further additional hour is also permitted into the morning following
every Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Bank Holiday Weekends, Thursday
into Friday on Easter Bank Holiday Weekend, Christmas Eve and Boxing
Day.
Additional Conditions Imposed (Prevention of Public Nuisance
& Prevention of Crime & Disorder):
1. All Regulated Entertainment consisting of recorded music, karaoke
or live music (limited to 2 entertainers), must cease at 10pm Sundays
to Thursdays and 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than
for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified
music or speech are taking place.
3. The playing of live or recorded music in garden areas of the
premises is not permitted.
4. Events involving karaoke are limited to 4 per year.
5. Events involving live music are limited to 1 per month.
6. Events involving a Disk Jockey are limited to 1 per week.
7. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits
requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to
leave the premises and the area quietly.
