The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:

Hours:

• Monday to Saturday 11pm until 11-30pm.
• Sundays 11pm. (The non-licensable hours are 11am until 11pm Monday to Sunday.)

Additional Conditions Imposed Regarding the Licensing Objective of the Prevention of Public Nuisance:

1. After 23-00 all external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress.
2. Arrangements must be put in place to ensure that waste collection contractors do not collect refuse between 22:30 and 08:00 and that refuse receptacles are cleaned with disinfectant regularly to prevent odour nuisance.
3. Staff must be given adequate training to prevent them causing unnecessary noise when they leave the premises and prominent, clear notices displayed at all points where staff leave the building must instruct them to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
4. Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
5. Flashing or bright lights on or outside the premises and any security or access lighting shall be installed and operated so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
