Has applied to the Licensing Authority for a REVIEW of the Premises Licence pertaining to the following premises:
DARTFORD FOOD & WINE, 1 MEAD ROAD, DARTFORD DA1 2RH
The grounds for the application for Review are as follows:
Protection of Children from Harm - On 20 March 2008 Kent County Council Trading Standards conducted a test purchase operation at the premises subject to this application and a sale was made to a child under the age of 18. The individual was 16 years of age.
