The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 10am until 11-00pm with an additional 30 minutes drinking
up time.
Friday and Saturday 10am until 12 midnight with an additional 30 minutes
drinking up time.
Sundays 12 noon until 11-30pm with an additional 30minutes drinking up
time.
On Christmas Eve and Boxing Day 12 noon until 12 midnight with 30 minutes
drinking up time.
Additional Conditions Imposed (Prevention of Public Nuisance
& Prevention of Crime & Disorder):
1. All music (except for background/incidental music) must cease at 11pm
on Sundays to Thursdays and at 11-30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Christmas
Eve and Boxing Day. On New Years Eve into New Years Day all music must
cease at 01-00am.
2. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting
patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises
and the area quietly.
3. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for
access or egress, in all rooms when events involving live, recorded or
amplified music and/or speech are taking place.
4. No admission or re-admission is allowed into the premises after 11pm.
5. All alcohol must be served in toughened glasses within a period of
2 years to allow for gradual replacement of existing stock.
6. Bottles and glasses must not be removed from the licensed areas as
indicated in the plans.
7. All bottles and glasses must be removed by staff from the public areas
as soon as they are either finished or empty.
8. A person holding a personal licence should normally be on the premises
during all times that alcohol is being served or regulated entertainment
provided.
