ROYAL FISH BAR - OUTCOME OF HEARING HELD 1 MARCH 2006
The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Subject to the changes, additional conditions and informatives listed
below, the application for a Premises Licence under Section 34 of
the Licensing Act 2003 be granted for 1 year from 1 March 2006:
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 11pm until 01-00am.
- Friday and Saturday 11pm until 02-00am.
- Sundays 11pm until 01-00am. (The non-licensable hours are 12 midday until 11pm Monday to Sunday.)
Additional Conditions Imposed:
- CCTV will be installed, and working to the satisfaction of the Police and Licensing Authority with recordings maintained and kept for at least one month. If the equipment fails, the Police and Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps taken to put the equipment back into service. A notice is to be placed at the entrance of the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
- The owner, or his appointed Manager, is to be in attendance between the hours of 01-00am and 02-00am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Informatives:
- The serving of food to those under the influence of alcohol is to be at the discretion of the proprietor.
- The owner is to keep the front of his premises clear of litter.
