The application to convert the existing Justices Licence and the Variation
request was granted as per the application and therefore permits the
following:
Hours for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
Monday to Saturday 6am until 12 midnight.
Sunday 7am until 11-00pm.
Late Night Refreshment:
Monday to Saturday 11pm until 12 midnight.
Informative:
1. "Whilst not relevant to the determination of this application,
Members wish to add an informative expressing their hope that Tesco Stores
Ltd, the relevant authorities and local residents continue to work together
to address the current problems and work towards reducing problems that
may occur in the future."
