The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Following the Police's representations about crime and disorderly conduct in the area around the premises in the early hours of the morning, and the Environmental Health Department's representations about nuisance, the application for variation and an extension of hours was refused on the grounds of the licensing objectives, and in particular the prevention of crime and disorder. The existing hours are endorsed:
Hours:
Sunday to Thursday 11pm until 01-00am.
Friday and Saturday 11pm until 01-00am.
(The non-licensable hours are 2pm until 11pm Monday to Sunday.)
