The Licensing Sub-Committee returned the following decision:
Hours:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11pm until 01-00am.
(The non-licensable hours are 12 midday until 11pm Monday to Saturday
and 12 midday until 10-30pm on Sunday.)
Additional Conditions Imposed:
1. After 23-00 the manager or his/her appointee, responsible for the business, shall be present.
Informative:
A planning application to vary/remove the planning conditions will be required should the operators wish to open the premises to the public beyond the current planning restriction on trading beyond 11pm.
