Hefty costs and evening curfew for serial fly tipper

A serial fly tipper from Dartford has received a six month suspended sentence and ordered to pay court costs of £2300 after pleading guilty to two counts of keeping controlled waste and one count of depositing controlled waste at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday 6 October.

Alan Richard Yarlett, of 113 Mill Road, Dartford, also received a six month curfew from 6pm to 6am and was disqualified from driving for the same amount of time. (more…)
