Housing services discussed at Annual General Meeting

Residents can join in discussions about housing services at the annual general meeting of Dartford Borough Residents’ Forum on Wednesday 9 July at Princes Park Stadium.

Information will also be provided to interested candidates about becoming one of three new committee members as spaces have become available.

The meeting features an update on housing services from Councillor Pat Coleman as well as discussions on the forum’s achievements over the last year and next year’s business plan.

Councillor Pat Coleman, portfolio holder for housing, says the forum is a great opportunity for residents to become more involved in the housing service provided to them.

“The forum is involved in the decision making process for many of the major developments in our housing service and it gives us a lot of useful feedback in how we can continue to deliver a high standard of service. It also gives residents the opportunity to have their say in the way services are delivered to ensure they meet everyone’s needs and I hope many residents take this opportunity to find out more about how the forum works.”

The meeting starts at 6.45pm on Wednesday 9 July. Refreshments will be served from 6.30pm and transport can be provided if required.
