Services A to Z

Pay and Display Car Parks and On-Street Pay and Display Bays

All of the Council’s parking areas are actively enforced and so drivers are advised to follow these simple rules in order to avoid receiving a fine:

Self-adhesive parking ticket holders are available from the cashiers at the Civic Centre or Swanscombe and Greenhithe Town Council for £1.00 each and these will assist in the correct displaying of a valid pay-and-display ticket.

Car parkcustomers may also pay for their parking using our pay-by-phone service provided by Parkmobile. Further information is available on the pay-and-display machines in each parking area or by going to our paying for parking by mobile page.

Acacia Car park

Three and six month Season Permits are available by application for long stay parking within the Acacia site and cost £180 and £360 respectively. The Acacia site is locked each evening and the gates are open Monday to Friday 6am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 7.30am to 7pm.

Civic Centre Car Park

The Civic Centre car park is barrier controlled and is open to members of the public:
