Site Specific Allocations Document
Following revised guidance in PPS12 (June 2008) the Council has determined not to progress the Site Specific Allocations Document. All strategic sites are now to be incorporated in the Core Strategy document. The Council will review the need for a development plan document which covers the non strategic sites.
The following consultations were undertaken on the Site Specific Allocations document before the decision was taken to withdraw it.
Issues and Options
A 'Postcard from the Future' public consultation was undertaken in August 2005. This consultation formed the Issues and Options stage of the Site Specific Allocations.
Preferred Policy Approaches
A public consultation for the Preferred Policy Approaches for the Site Specific Allocations took place between 13th July and 24th August 2006.
