Dartford Borough's Local Plan Review
Dartford's Local Plan Review has reached amended Second Deposit stage, but will not progress to Inquiry. This is because the Council has decided to begin work on the new Local Development Framework system.To read the most up-to-date information you will need to access 2 sets of documents - the first is the complete text of the Dartford Local Plan Review Second Deposit Draft which was published in October 2002.
The second is the set of amendments
to the Second Deposit Draft which were approved by Council on 26
January 2004 .
Together, these documents give the latest picture. We
hope to have a composite version online soon.
We also hope to have the Proposals Maps and amending insets available online soon. For the Local Plan Review you will need to open the Proposals Map which comprises the First Deposit version and then view the Second Deposit Insets section and the Proposed Amendments Insets Section for the whole picture.
Copies of these Proposals Maps are available for inspection at the Borough Council Offices, and at all the Libraries within the Borough.
