Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) identifies the documents that will form part of the Council's Local Development Framework (LDF) over the next three years and sets out a timetable for their preparation.
The current version was approved in June 2007 and covers the period from April 2007 to March 2010.
Please note: The Council is reviewing its LDS, taking into account revised government guidance in PPS12. Timetables for the preparation and adoption of documents are being reviewed. The Examination in Public into the Dartford Town Centre Area Action Plan is now likely to take place in January/February 2009 and pre-submission consultation on the Core Strategy is likely to be in January 2009.
