Proposed Amendments to Dartford's Local Plan Review Second Deposit Draft
The Council is proposing a series of amendments to its Local Plan Review Second Deposit Draft. These amendments were approved by the General Assembly of the Council on 26 January 2004 and are now operative for the Council's planning functions. They include:
- A new policy for Lowfield Street - see page 107 which contains a new Section and Policy to be included within the Town Centre Chapter.This new policy promotes the concept of a mixed use town centre regeneration scheme.
- Policy H1 which details housing allocations within the Borough
has been revised to take account of an updated base date, together with the
quantity of residential development now envisaged for the Lowfield Street site
