Dartford Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) Consultation
This consultation has now ended.
The Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) analyses Dartford's housing market characteristics and seeks to identify the factors influencing the future housing market. It supplements the earlier Housing Needs Study and Market Assessment (2006) carried out by David Couttie Associates. The findings will inform policies such as the size and tenure mix of the future housing stock, as well as identifying particular housing needs and demands that need to be addressed.
This study will form an important part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) Evidence Base and will inform LDF policies.
