CORE STRATEGY
The Core Strategy is the main document in the Council's Local Development Framework. It sets out a vision and strategy for the future development of Dartford, explains how this will be achieved and who will be responsible for making it happen. It identifies the major development sites over the next 20 years.
Core Strategy Adoption
The Core Strategy was adopted at the General Assembly of the Council meeting on 26th September 2011. Below is the adopted version of the document, the Adoption Notice and the Sustainability Appraisal Adoption Statement.
