Residents' Satisfaction Survey 2005

As part of the background work for the Local Development Framework (LDF) the Council has carried out a Residents’ Satisfaction Survey, to establish how successful modern residential developments are, and to identify whether there are common issues arising from these areas.

Questionnaires were delivered to four residential areas across the Borough (Bexley Park, Ingress Park, Waterstone Park and Worcester Park) and one area in Crayford (Braeburn Park) during the week commencing 23rd May. A total of 569 responses were received – a response rate of 31%.

The completed questionnaires have been helpful in determining the issues that are important to residents, with the most common concern being car parking. The findings will also be taken into consideration when preparing policies for the new LDF.
