COMPETITION/PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify to enter a Prize Draw or Competition advertised and promoted on The Orchard Theatre web site you must:-

be resident in the United Kingdom;

be at least 18 years old;

possess a personal Email address that we can use to contact you*.

You must not be:

an employee of Dartford Borough Council, or any associated company or agent of The Orchard Theatre.

You may only enter a Competition/Prize Draw once.

 

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

*By entering the Competition/Prize Draw and providing your personal Email contact address, you agree to receive special offers and marketing emails from The Orchard Theatre. We do not provide personal details to third parties. If you change your mind and wish to have your details removed please Email your requirements to orchard.marketing@dartford.gov.uk. please refer to our web site Privacy Statement.

 

COMPETITION/PRIZE DRAW FORMAT

The Competition/Prize Draw will commence on and will close on the dates specified and no purchase is necessary.

Any entries which are received outside the period set out shall be refused regardless of the reason. The Orchard Theatre shall have sole discretion regarding acceptance of your entry.All entries will be entered into any free prize draw and will be drawn at random following the closing date.

 

PRIZES

The prizes offered shall be those advertised.

The orchard Theatre shall have the right to decide on and substitute the prizes being offered for alternative prizes without notice.

There are no prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the prizes are not transferable.

Please note that admission to an event at the Orchard Theatre is subject to availability at the time of booking, Standard Conditions of sale apply.

 

WINNERS

You may be requested to provide proof to The Orchard Theatre that you have complied with these Terms and Conditions before being declared the winner.

If you win the Competition you agree, at Our request, to take part in publicity and consent to allow us to use your name and/or image in such promotional materials as We see fit whether now or in the future. If The Orchard Theatre notify you as a winner and You do not acknowledge such notification within 2 days from the date of notification, then We shall be entitled to withdraw Your right to the prize and We shall have the right to select an alternative winner at random as determined by Us.

 

FINAL DECISION

In all matters The Orchard Theatre decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with You or any other party on your behalf regarding the process or details of such decision.
