| - DAVID ESSEX
West Ham lost out when David Essex decided to pursue his acting and singing career instead of his football career. Gone were the days of running around in knee high socks with the men; his newly found stardom as a celebrity in the 70s brought in an influx of gushing female fans who remain with him to this day. He has released twelve albums over the years. His most recent, Happily Ever After, was released in 2007.
Don't miss out on some Essex action. Get your David Essex tickets today!

- WE'LL MEET AGAIN
In spring 2008 WE'LL MEET AGAIN returns with a new programme of 'Hits from the Blitz'!
First produced in 2004 for the D-Day 60th anniversary, the show is a bright and breezy wartime revue featuring tributes to some of the greatest entertainers of the 40s era, including Max Miller, George Formby, Vera Lynn, Gracie Fields and Bing Crosby.
For those who remember the 40s, We'll Meet Again brings back memories of the great stars who kept Britain smiling through her darkest days - for those who don't, it is an authentic introduction to the swinging music and good clean comedy of the period.

- TIBETAN MONKS OF TASHI LHUNPO
THE POWER OF COMPASSION - Sacred Sounds from Tibet
The sacred world of Tibet is filled with the chanting of Buddhist texts, the recitation of mantras, the ringing of bells, the clash of cymbals, the booming of the great long horns and the beating of drums. Eight Tibetan monks from Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in India, offer a dramatic presentation of their unique sacred dances, music and prayers, with colourful traditional costumes and ceremonial masks.
Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, founded by the first Dalai Lama in the 15th Century, and the seat of the Panchen Lama, is one of the most important monasteries in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Now re-established in exile in South India, the monastery is once again becoming one of the major centres of learning, best known for its artistic tradition of masked dances and sacred music. The performance offers a rare opportunity to witness a unique and endangered culture.

- AN EVENING WITH BLOWERS
"Blowers", as he is affectionately known, is as famous for his musings on pigeons, planes, double decker buses, tea ladies, cakes and his catchphrase 'My dear old thing' as he is for his cricket commentary.
His side splitting one man show is a quintessentially British affair in which "Blowers" trawls through his extraordinary life. He was brought up in the idyllic Norfolk countryside amongst a vibrantly eccentric Edwardian household, and later educated at Eton and Cambridge. He dropped out to pursue a brief career in finance, before beginning his chequered career in journalism and later broadcasting.
Along the way he has encountered many hilarious characters, all of whom get a mention - from Noel Coward and Ian Fleming to Nigel Havers and Boris Johnson, all told with his well known self deprecatory humour.
