Station District
A new working and residential community on the sites to the north of the railway station, currently redundant employment sites, supported by a school, health and community facilities.
The waterside areas around the Mill Pond and River Darent will be opened up to the public, creating a vibrant area with pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Walking links with the station will be improved.
The station area will be transformed with a public plaza, small shops and cafes as you exit the station creating a sense of arrival in Dartford.
