Turn2Us is an online resource that helps people in financial hardship gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services.
Royal British Legion helps serving and former members of the Armed Forces by providing specialist compensation advice, help with debt and emergency situations, and support around welfare benefits, grants and loans - 0808 802 8080.
ABF (The Soldiers' Charity) provides financial assistance to serving and former members of the Armed Forces. Help includes war widow and family financial support, annuities and care home fees, mobility assistance and home modifications, education bursaries and debt relief - 0207 901 8900.
RAF Benevolent Fund is a charity for serving and former members of the RAF as well as their partners and dependent children. Royal Navy Benevolent Trust is a charity for serving and former Royal Navy ratings and Royal Marines other ranks, as well as their partners, children and some others connected with them.
