Small changes to your lifestyles can improve your health and cut your risk of illness. In partnership with Kent County Council, Dartford Borough Council is able to deliver a wide range of initiatives and projects to help improve your health and wellbeing.

Dartford Borough Council also supports the Change4Life movement. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle we need to both eat well and move more. Healthy Living Centre Dartford

The Healthy Living Centre Dartford is a friendly, community-led service. The aim of the centre is to promote healthy lifestyle choices in Dartford and surrounding areas through providing access to exercise and activity sessions, learning basic IT skills, providing help to give up smoking, opportunities for volunteering or advice, and providing information and support to make healthy, positive choices for individuals and families. They deliver projects in five main areas; Sexual Health, Stop Smoking, Substance Misuse, Healthy Weight & Mental Health.

The Healthy Living Centre is based at St Edmunds Church Living Well, a community health centre in Temple Hill, Dartford, which houses a GP surgery, a SureStart Children's Centre and the Healthy Living Centre staff offices.
