Tree Estate Community Centre, Cedar Road, Dartford DA1 2RS
The Community Centre is managed by Dartford Borough Council and is available for hire at very reasonable rates. Please note that late bookings are not available, and bookings can therefore only be accepted if they are confirmed and paid for in full at least 10 working days prior to the proposed hire date.
The hall can comfortably hold up to 75 guests, with a kitchen and bar area leading off the hall which is able to cater for tea, coffee and biscuits, buffet/nibbles or hot food.
The cost of hiring the centre varies depending on the time of day, the day of the week and the purpose of the hire. There are different rates for social events, commercial events and community events.
