How to get here
The Dartford Festival takes place in Central Park, at the heart of Dartford town centre. It's easy to get to on foot, by bike, by public transport and by car.
There are entrances into Central Park in Market Street, Cranford Road, Darenth Road and from Acacia car park.
There shall be bike racks located close to the entrances within the Festival perimeter (don't forget your lock). The park and Festival site shall be busy, so please walk your bikes once in the park. Bikes are left at the owners risk.
By public transport
From Dartford Train Station the Festival site is less than a kilometre walk. Dartford Train Station offers easy access from south-east London and the Medway towns. For train times and fares visit the Trainline website
As part of the Dartford Town Centre Regeneration project, a number of amendments to traffic movement and operation around the town are necessary. The bus service that uses the stops in Market Street are changing from 1 July 2019, with westbound Transport for London services moving to Home Gardens, trying up with the opposite eastbound services, and local Arriva and Go-Coach services moving to a new stop around the corner in Lowfield Street outside Barclays Bank.
There are a number of car parks available in Dartford town centre. For car park details visit the Council's parking pages.
Blue Badge parking is available at Acacia. The postcode for satnav is DA1 1DJ.
