Small changes to your lifestyles can improve your health and cut your risk of illness. In partnership with Kent County Council, Dartford Borough Council is able to deliver a wide range of initiatives and projects to help improve your health and wellbeing.

One You Kent Digital healthy lifestyle service - free online support is available to people who would like to lose weight, be more active, drink less and quit smoking.
For Dartford residents struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle during lockdown, free online support is available. This includes help to lose weight, move more, drink less and quit smoking. More important than ever in light of the current health crisis these lifestyle changes can help to keep you healthy and feel better, both physically and mentally.
Online Exercise Sessions will be delivered live by qualified physical activity instructors via the ZOOM platform on Tuesdays at 10am till 10.30am and Wednesday evenings at 6pm till 6.30pm.
