Site Layout and Ground Conditions:
The Henry Wellcome Bandstand Concerts is a free open air non ticketed series of concerts every Sunday in August, starting on the 1 August April through to 29 August.

The Henry Wellcome Bandstand is located in Central Park. Central Park comprises some 26 acres ranging from formal gardens near to the town centre, through ornamental areas to open space and the bandstand.

Pedestrian entrances to Central Park are located in Market Street, Cranford Road, Darenth Road and Acacia. Access to the bandstand is via level tarmac paths. The viewing for the bandstand is grass park land therefore some areas within the site will be uneven.

Please consider ground conditions and the unpredictable British weather when deciding what facilities you may need and what equipment you may need to bring.

Accessible Car Park:
An accessible car parking is located in Acacia Hall Car Park DA1 1DJ. The parking is on tarmac and the route from the accessible car park to the entrances is via wide tarmac paths.

The accessible car park and drop off are located close to the site, 570 metres to the bandstand.

For car park details visit the Council's parking pages.
