A phased approach
We've broken down the works into phases to prevent any major disruption to local people and businesses.
The exact timings haven't been finalised, but the phases are:
Phase 1
Breathe new life into the front of the Co-op building on Spital Street for a new business to operate inside. We'd like the building to be used as a cultural venue, one that boosts Dartford's night time economy.
Phase 2
Create a new low rise neighbourhood in Hythe Street (from Copperfields to Orchard Street).
