Our surveyors inspect the sites to ensure buildings are demolished safely and in accordance with the standards laid out in Sections 80, 81 and 82 of the Building Act 1984.
If you need to carry out any demolition work you will be required to inform us. We will then inspect the property and issue you with a schedule of conditions.
When the work starts our surveyors will inspect the property to ensure the conditions are being met.
