How do you qualify:
Properties occupied by a local newspaper which are wholly or mainly used as office premises for journalists and reporters may be eligible for this relief. A maximum of one discount per local newspaper title and per property can be awarded.
What do you get:
A discount of up to £1,500 per year is available for 2021/22, 2022/23 2023/24 and 2024/25.

How do I apply:
We will identify those who appear to qualify and award the relief automatically. We will then write to you confirming the award and asking you to make a State Aid declaration if appropriate.
