Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers

Many factories, warehouses and office blocks have cooling towers or evaporative condensers associated with their air conditioning units.

As there is the risk of Legionnaires disease spreading from these units, there is a legal requirement for them to be registered with the Local Authority in which they are situated.

To register just download and complete the registration form, sending it to the address on the form.

You must notify the Local Authority in writing of any changes or if the device is decommissioned.
