It is intended to use the public feedback to finalise the Town Centre Framework and formally 'adopt' it as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to be used in deciding planning applications. We have therefore set out how the draft Framework has been informed by consultation so far PDF, 165.15 KB, and also 'screened' the expected environmental impact PDF, 261.12 KBof the draft SPD.
