Managing the Discounted Sale Scheme
Properties purchased on or after 1 November 2016
For properties purchased from Taylor Wimpey or Persimmon Homes on or after 1 November 2016, the discounted sale scheme is being managed by Street UK Homes Limited (contact details below). Any queries relating to the scheme must be addressed to Street UK Homes Limited, not the Council.

Properties purchased on or before 31 October 2016
If you have purchased a discounted property on The Bridge development Dartford from the developer ie: either Taylor Wimpey or Persimmon Homes on or before 31 October 2016, and are thinking of selling your property, paying off all or some of the discounted share or renting it out, please read the following FAQs.
