It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the material you submit to us as part of your complaint or FOI request is accurate and lawful. If you have used AI to help with your submission, we ask that you include a statement within your complaint or FOI request to confirm that you have done so and that you take responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
By making us aware that you have used AI, this will help us to interpret and understand your submission properly, thus enabling us to make fair decisions.
Please note we may also use AI as a summarisation tool for lengthy submissions to ensure we have identified the key points that need to be addressed.
