Planning Performance Agreement (PPA)
Early engagement with the Council will be encouraged to discuss the scope of our involvement and the likely matters that will need to be funded, in particular identifying those matters which will require the Council to procure external resources. The preference is for a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) to be agreed with the applicant which will set out expectations and service standards for all parties in addition to cost recovery. The charges for NSIP applications will apply, however, with or without a PPA.
