Authority Monitoring Reports
We are required to prepare an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) each year, which assesses the progress of our Local Plan. View Dartford’s Authority Monitoring Reports linked to the current Dartford Local Plan (adopted April 2024).
Housing Delivery
We are also required to monitor and publish our housing pipeline and delivery to meet our housing targets. View Dartford’s Five Year Housing Land Supply Report, or Dartford Borough Council's Housing Action Plan.
Brownfield Land Register
A Brownfield Land Register provides information on sites that local authorities consider to be appropriate for residential development, as set out in the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017.
