Our planning enforcement register is in two parts the most recent Planning Enforcement Notices, Stop Notices and Breach of Condition Notices that we have served can be viewed using Public Access
You can search for Enforcement Notices within Public Access in a couple of different ways, using:
- Simple Search - Search on reference number, post code or single line of address. To search on all of the current Notices, type ENF into the search bar
- Property Search - If you only have the address, then use this link and complete the details
Older records are currently partly in hard copy and are normally available to view at the Council offices. The complete planning enforcement register is also available to view in hard copy.
