- Captain Ronald Webb Cragg, 3rd Queen Alexandra's Own Gurkha Rifles. Lived in Sidcup but attended Dartford Grammar School 1927-32. Died 1.7.42, aged 28, when 21st Panzer Division attacked Deir-el-Shein. Commemorated on the Alamein Memorial, Egypt, and on the Dartford Grammar School In Memoriam Panel.
