- Chief Stoker Thomas Leonard Crawley, HMS Cornwall, Royal Navy. His wife’s address is given as Dartford Heath. Died 20.12.43, aged 42, twenty months after his ship had been sunk by Japanese dive bombers. Buried in St Michael’s Churchyard, Wilmington, Dartford, and commemorated on the Wilmington War Memorial.
