- Leading Aircraftman Allan Victor Crouch, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Possibly lived at Yew Cottage, Essex Road, Longfield, prior to his marriage. Died 2.5.43, aged 29, cause unknown. Buried in Heliopolis War Cemetery, Egypt, and commemorated on the Longfield War Memorial.
