- Lieutenant Robert Charles Edgar, 9th Jat Regiment, Indian Army. Presumably lived with his parents in Welling but attended Dartford Grammar School 1936-43. Died 22.11.45, aged 20, cause unknown. Buried in Jakarta War Cemetery, Indonesia, and commemorated on the Dartford Grammar School In Memoriam Panel.
