Introduction: Private Harry Vyner Allchin, 4th Battalion, Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment. His parents lived at 45 Hawley Road, Wilmington, Dartford. Died 9.4.44, aged 22, during the Siege of Kohima. Commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial, Myanmar and on the Wilmington War Memorial
